We are watching the state and federal recommendations daily to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We feel it is important to be available for sick pets, so our hours and availability have not changed at this time.
The safety of our clients, patients, and staff is our highest priority. At this time, our lobby remains closed, and we are providing a hybrid of curbside and in-person service for appointments. All prescription pickups will continue to be curbside service. Upon arrival, please park at one of our numbered parking spaces, and text us at 517-992-6359 or call us at 517-655-4906 from your vehicle to be helped.
We will notify you the day before your pet’s appointment if an in-person visit is an option for you. With an in-person appointment, only one person will be invited to enter the building with their pet. After checking in from your vehicle, we will notify you when it is time to enter the building, as space becomes available. If you are not fully vaccinated, a mask that covers the nose and mouth must be worn inside the clinic. Curbside service appointments will continue to be available for groups or anyone who requests one.
